Services

 Support Contracts

The company will look to provide a comprehensive support package to its customers in India and the UK initially and will be working to both time zones. The support contract will cover the customer’s initially queries relating to any SAP Business One issues, once the call has been logged the appropriate person in he team will deal with the customer query as soon as possible.

All support queries will be dealt remotely, for major issues a consultant will reach the site. Support contracts will be either set up as monthly or annual contract or an advanced voucher purchase scheme, were customers purchase help desk vouchers.

Consulting

Consulting works will consist of additional works for existing and new customer outside the mainframe of the support contract. This could be auditing of systems, uploading of data or re-designing the system.

Consulting works will more so need to be carried out on customer sites.

 Project Work

Preparation for project work will more or less begin immediately the management team will begin putting together processes and documents that will make it easier when it comes to presenting and bidding for projects.

Project works will be undertaken in both the India and the UK, hopefully by month 3/4 the company will have a Software consultant, Senior Developer and SAP Business One Consultant to work alongside the Technical Director on projects, this should allow the company to deal with a number of projects at the same time if need be.

Each project will be project managed by a member of the management team to ensure from start to finish the customer needs are understood and fulfilled above and beyond the customers satisfaction.
